·         As we are seeing growth and the pipeline seems to be very strong, there is a need to develop the current setup in terms of infrastructure, employee strength and operational setup of the company.

·   In line with the above need, we are in the process of looking out for a professional infrastructure setup to accommodate 100 employees.

·         Hire 100 candidates in the next 12 months in a phased approach as per the project pipeline.

·         Train employees as per the current market needs and trends.
